Payment
Since each item is uniquely handmade by me, there is usually only one in stock. Orders that are not paid in full within two business days will be cancelled and the product items will be put back in the store.
Shipping Policy
With the exception of public holidays and other extenuating circumstances such as natural disaster or severe weather conditions, all in stock items will be shipped within three business days of payment. Made-to-order items are shipped according to the schedule on each product page. Orders are shipped using Hong Kong Post Registered Mail. Please make arrangement to receive delivery or obtain the package from the post office. You will be asked to pay additional postage fee for any unclaimed packages.
Incorrect or Defective Product
If there is an error with your order or you have received a defective product, please get in touch immediately so I can make it right! Please note that all computers and mobile devices display color differently, if color variation is a major concern to you, please do not purchase.
Handmade Disclaimer
All products are carefully handmade, one piece at a time by me. Because they are not made by a robot, sometimes there may be minor imprefections which give the product its handmade character. The piece you receive may not be identical to the one pictured if it has been made more than once. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products, so you may expect minor distinctions that will make your purchase special and truly one of a kind. These reasons should not be misconstrued as flaws or defects. I will only consider replacing or refunding a product if I feel that the product cannot serve its original purpose.
Return Policy
If merchandise is returned in brand new condition (including the original product packaging) within 14 days of purchase, a refund for the cost of the merchandise will be issued via paypal. For merchandise that is opened and/or unable to be resold, it cannot be returned. If the return is the result of my error (incorrect or defective product), I will provide a full refund including shipping charges for the incorrect or defective items. Shipping charge cannot be refunded otherwise.
