DYO Phone Charm FAQ


Q: How can I change the location of the text on the phone charm?

A: By simply dragging it around with your mouse.


Q: Why is part of my text missing?

A: There are a few possibilities:
1) The font size might be too big, try decreasing the font size.
2) The font you chose might not contain that particular character, try choosing another font.
3) There is a limit of maximum 30 characters, and the text can occupy at most 2 lines, text beyond this limit will not be displayed.


Q: How come I cannot enter text in the "Name2" box?

A: The second name is for special designs that have two names. For normal designs, you can still enter more than one name by typing them both in the "Name1" box.


Q: What is that "Adobe Flash Player Setting" dialog box that pops-up when I click the "Next" button?

A: Our program needs to temporarily store your design on the computer, it will occupy less than 100KB. You can change the local storage setting later on by right-clicking on the flash application and select settings. We do not store your personal information on the computer other than the design image. If you do not wish to allow temporary storage, please use our simple purchase form instead.
